For over sixty years Animal Aid has been caring for lost, injured and abandoned animals. This has only been made possible by the kindness of hundreds of donors and supporters over the years.

To continue this important work we rely on the generosity of the public, as Animal Aid receives no government funding, but is exempt from Income Tax and receives other tax concessions. The Australian Tax Office endorsement can be viewed here .

Animal Aid rely heavily on donations of goods such as bedding and pet food to keep the shelter running smoothly.If you have any beddingthat you no longer use or would like to donate some dog or cat food to feed the animals in the shelter, this would also be greatly appreciated.

Positive Supporters Scheme
We are continually working on building our supporter base; Animal Aid has a large number of supporters but the demand for animal care funding always seems to be outweighed by the supply. You can make a positive difference to our shelter’s future by becoming a Positive Paws Supporter. For just $60 you will obtain a supporters card and in return you receive a 10% discount on a range of our goods and services.*
