Animal Aid earns prestigious ISO9001 QMS Certification Print E-mail

iso_logoLeading animal welfare organisation, Animal Aid, has become one of the first animal welfare organisations in Australia to acquire certification to the world's most recognised business management standard ISO9001:2008

Animal Aid is now a member of an elite group of global organisations that adhere to the comprehensive process-focussed framework of business processes that lead to the successful achievement of organisational objectives.

The principles upon which ISO 9001 is based include customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

According to Animal Aid General Manager, Nell Thompson, acquiring the ISO9001 certification is one of the most significant business achievements in Animal Aid's 62-year history.
